AI-Assisted Features are provided for convenience and drafting support only. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, irrelevant, misleading, or inappropriate for Your specific circumstances. The Path Ascent browser extension is intended to help users manually save job opportunities, job-search activity, networking activity, and related information into their Path Ascent account. The extension is designed to support user-initiated capture and logging workflows.

The extension is not intended to automatically apply to jobs, automatically send messages, submit forms, automate LinkedIn or other third-party-site actions, scan email inboxes, collect general browsing history, monitor browsing activity in the background, scrape hidden or unrelated data, or process email content without explicit user action and confirmation.

You are responsible for reviewing any information captured, suggested, extracted, drafted, or logged through the extension before saving or using it. You are also responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any websites or services You visit or use in connection with the extension.

Coach, Advisor, and Third-Party Support Disclaimer

The Service may include or later support features involving career coaches, advisors, mentors, consultants, institutions, workforce programs, outplacement providers, or other third parties who interact with users through Path Ascent or in connection with Path Ascent workflows.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, coaches, advisors, mentors, consultants, employers, recruiters, and other third parties are not employees, agents, representatives, or partners of the Company.
